I am not against mothers breastfeeding in public. But I used to be and I can certainly understand that some people are uncomfortable with it. Once I became a mother, it was crystal clear that the discomfort of others did not matter at all compared to the needs of my son. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to breastfeed much more than about 6 weeks, so I never needed to feed him in public. But some find themselves in situations where their babies need to be fed, and it just is what it is. Now I know this was staged, but I also know that there are enough jerks out there who would behave like that, and probably even worse. But good for the people that stuck up for the breastfeeding mom, there are still good people out there!
